REFUNDS POLICY

- All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
2. Event Tickets (Demfati Tickets):
- Demfati acts as a platform for event ticket sales, and refund policies are determined by the event organizers.
- Customers must refer to the specific event's refund policy as stated by the organizer at the time of purchase.
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled, Demfati will facilitate refunds according to the organizer's policy.
3. Paid Forms and Votes (Demfati Forms and Demfati Votes):
- Refunds for paid forms or votes will be granted if there is a technical issue that Demfati is unable to resolve.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Web and Mobile App Development Services:
- Refunds for web and mobile app development services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- A partial refund may be issued for canceled projects, depending on the stage of development and work completed.
5. Process for Refunds:
- To request a refund, customers must contact Demfati’s customer support at hi@demfati.com or call +234-915-2021-312 with their order or ticket details.
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Non-refundable Items:
- Customized products or services tailored to specific customer requirements are not eligible for refunds.
- Any product or service stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
7. E-commerce Services:
- Currently, e-commerce services are on hold, and no transactions will be processed through this platform until further notice.
